Q: How do I arrange an assessment? 

A: To arrange an assessment please contact us either by phone, email or alternatively you can fill out our contact us form here.

Q: How many carers should I expect?

A: At Blossoming Hearts, our priority is to provide a high standard of care. Therefore, we aim to provide you with a team of no more than four carers, in order for our staff to build meaningful relationships with the service user. Service users can also request either male or female only carers and full DBS checks are carried out on all of our staff. 

​

Please note that we will always try to ensure our service users receive no more than four regular carers however, this may not always be possible in times of an emergency, staff sickness, or during annual leave.

Q: What training does your team have? 

A: All of our staff complete regular training and refresher courses in order to provide high-quality care to our service users. Our training consists of level 3 in Health and Social Care, First Aid, Moving and Handling of People, Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults, Infection Control, Medication Management, COSHH Awareness, Fire Safety, and the Care Certificate as well as in house training such as Hoist, Nutrition, Dementia, Stroke, Catheter, and Diabetes. Our staff will also complete their indication prior to carrying out any lone working.

Q: How do I pay my invoice?

A: To pay your invoice you can do this either by BACCS or cheque.
