We are ensuring that all of our service users and staff are kept as safe as possible by following the latest government guidance regarding the covid-19 pandemic.

 

For your safety, our team are also carrying out regular cleaning and ensure that you receive the same consistent carers in order to reduce risk and ensure you and your loved ones are kept as safe as possible during the COVID-19 pandemic. All of our staff are tested weekly for COVID-19 and our service users are tested immediately if they show covid-19 symptoms. All of our staff members and service users have been fully vaccinated with both their first and second booster vaccine.

 

We also have a robust supply of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) which all of our staff are provided with. Alongside this, all of our staff have completed training on COVID-19 and handling, applying, and disposing of PPE in a safe manner. If you are visiting the office it is a requirement for you to wear a mask unless exempt for medical reasons, we also have a limit of three persons in the office at one time.
